Pay Range:

$58.51 - $87.76Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a System Director-Mission and Ethics to join our team. The System Director-Mission and Ethics is responsible for promoting the Catholic identity, mission, and core values of the organization through Mission and Ethics programming. The System Director brings best practices, innovative ideas and tactical skills that will support the creation of new efforts and the refinement of existing activities. This role works collaboratively with other leaders, clinicians, and staff to ensure the delivery of compassionate, ethical, mission-driven care and the development of a culture rooted in compassion, justice, and human dignity.

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:

Education Qualifications

• Master's degree in Theology, Ethics or related field is required; PhD(c), PhD, and/or HEC-C are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience in working in Catholic health care in mission and/or ethics may be considered in lieu of a Master's degree.

Experience Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant work experience in ethics and mission are required.
• 2 years of experience working in Catholic healthcare is required.
• 3 years of leadership experience is required.
