Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking a Pharmacy Regulatory Analyst to join out team. The Pharmacy Regulatory Analyst provides a broad range of assistance and support to the System Director of Pharmacy. Primary duties are related to regulatory oversight for the 340B program for Hospital Sisters Health System while maximizing savings. Requires the exercising of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance by providing accurate and efficient support to leadership. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing and analyzing utilization and cost data from pharmaceutical vendor portals, developing and controlling documentation for data that is subject to regulatory approval, extracting and summarizing product information for submission to regulatory agencies to fulfill internal and external requests, and implementing new processes and procedures.

o Location: 100% remote, accepting applicants that can work remotely and live in AZ, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, SC, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY.
o Compensation that aligns with your experience

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
• Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)


Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Pharmacy or Related Field is Required; or equivalent work experience in related field.

Experience Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of system analysis, system quality, compliance or related experience preferred.
  • Pharmacy background and/or broad pharmacy financial operations experience preferred.
