Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) is seeking an HR Service Center Rep (HR Data Integrity & Compliance/Leave of Absence Processing) to join our team. Focusing on HR data integrity, compliance, auditing, and leave of absence processing, this role serves as a central point-of-contact and resource to other HR teams, leaders, and colleagues for HR process and data needs. Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date colleague information across HR technology systems. Provides input to assists in navigating complex HR data needs and engages HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners, and HR Generalists as needed. Consistently delivers excellence in customer service and support and is crucial towards compliance with HR regulations.

INTERNET SPEED REQUIREMENTS:
• Download speeds must be at least 20 Mb or higher. (100 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Upload speeds must be at least 6 Mb or higher. (10 Mb or higher is preferred.)
• Latency/Ping must be under 100 ms. (Under 60 ms is preferred.)
Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus 5 years of relevant experience in human resources, business, or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree plus 3 years of relevant experience in human resources, business, or related field may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
Experience Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in recruiting, colleague development, health and wellness programs, benefits, compensation, colleague relations or related human resources experience is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), or Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
