Pay Range:

$43.66 - $65.49

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

The Service Line Business Manager works closely with the leader to facilitate the service line strategic plans across all markets. Leads organizational efforts around growth through the development of new ventures and analyzes financial indicators to support the expansion of core business activities. Effectively applies project management, facilitation, analytics, and process improvement methodologies for the service line. Identifies and applies appropriate best practices from within and outside of HSHS. This role manages the service line projects and expansion efforts by partnering with various stakeholders to generate high-value solutions and sustainable results.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree in Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management or related field is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in healthcare strategy is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred.
