Pay Range:
$35.92 - $53.88A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in theology, scripture, spirituality, ethics or related field is required.
- Master's degree in theology, scripture, spirituality, ethics or related field is preferred.
- One (1) unit of Clinical Pastoral Education from an Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) or Clinical Pastoral Education International (CPEi) Accredited Center required.
- Total of two (2) to four (4) units of Clinical Pastoral Education from an Association for Clinical Pastoral Education (ACPE) or Clinical Pastoral Education International (CPEi) Accredited Center is required within two (2) years of hire.
Experience Qualifications
- 3 years of leadership experience is required.
- A practicing member within a faith tradition that is in good standing with 2 years experience working in Catholic healthcare, mission, spiritual care or related experience is required.
- Experience working with electronic medical records (EMRs) and proficiency with Microsoft Outlook Suite is required. Must also be comfortable navigating and utilizing a variety of digital applications and communication tools such as Workday, Microsoft Teams, Halo/Clinical Comms, Epic, Zoom, or Webex Video.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
- Certification with National Association of Catholic Chaplains (NACC), Association of Professional Chaplains (APC) or Neshama: Association of Jewish Chaplains (NAJC), or CASC (Canadian Association of Spiritual Care) is required within three (3) years of hire.
