Pay Range:

$45.84 - $68.76

A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

The Program Manager-Professional Nursing Practice provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the organization's Magnet or Pathway to Excellence Programs, assuming market-wide responsibility for coordinating the program application, designation, and re-designation processes. In collaboration with nursing leadership and organizational stakeholders, this role develops, implements, and sustains strategies to achieve and maintain Magnet or Pathway to Excellence designation in alignment with the organization's mission and strategic plan. The Program Manager plans and directs program activities, establishes a comprehensive evaluation.

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
  • Master’s degree in Nursing is preferred.

Experience Qualifications

  • 5 years of nursing or related healthcare experience is required.
  • Leadership or project management experience is preferred.
  • Experience with hospital operations and clinical care delivery is preferred.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required. Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
