Pay Range:
$37.71 - $56.57A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
Qualified candidates will possess experience in pediatric therapy and demonstrate the ability to provide care across a broad spectrum of clinical areas, including but not limited to, neurological, orthopedic, developmental, and sensory-related conditions. The role requires clinical proficiency and adaptability in treating pediatric patients across all age groups, from infancy through adolescence, with a wide range of diagnoses and functional abilities.
The Physical Therapist will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive, coordinated, and high-quality care.

• Department: Outpatient Pediatrics
• Core Function: Rehab/Therapy/Sleep
• Schedule: Full time, 40 hrs/wk, clinic hours 7am-5:30pm (8 or 10 hour shifts available) no weekends or on call
• Facility: Prevea

Education Qualifications
Graduate (e.g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice is required.
Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment is required.
Illinois: Following physical therapy philosophies and standards of care set by Illinois Physical Therapy Act and other applicable governing agencies, licensure is required within 1 year for individuals meeting all other applicable requirements.
